One week review- VERY pleased

First time trying Doonails. I have semi flat nails, especially my thumbs and pointer, so finding press-ons that work and stay in place is a challenge. Glue options do not work for me but I have good luck with the sticky tabs. Prior to this, the only nails that really work for me have been olive and june. I applied my first set of Doonails 8 days ago and so far I’m extremely pleased. The fit isn’t quite as seamless as what I usually go for, but they still look great, very natural. I like my nails short so I trimmed them down after allowing them to really adhere well for an hour or so. Tip- for my flatter nails, I applied the matching sticker first and then a really small sticker on top, to bridge the gap for better contact. Worked great! There’s been very minimal wiggle into the cuticle with them, as can happen with the sticky tab application. I even pulled up a staple yesterday without thinking- zero damage or lifting. They feel locked on. The surface looks shiny, more or less brand new, and even after a week I feel confident that I’ll be able to reuse them. Again, other versions usually look pretty beat up after two week’s of wear. I’m planning to keep this first set on as long as I can. Unless there’s some nightmare with removal, these will be my new go to!

Truly, my only complaint is with the website and how the product is presented. Maybe it’s because I’m on mobile, but the site has been kind of glitchy. I would also love to see better/more accurate descriptions and photos of the nails. In multiple instances, two different shapes of the same color have completely different, conflicting descriptions. Other colors simply don’t look at all like what the description says or I’m not able to tell if there is a special finish on the nail. All of this makes it difficult to feel confident in my choices.
