2. The essentials at a glance

This website is a purely static information site. It sets no cookies, uses no tracking or analytics tools, and offers no user accounts or forms. Personal data is only processed to the technically necessary extent that occurs when accessing any website. That is why this website does not need a cookie banner.

3. Hosting (Vercel)

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you access the website, Vercel processes technically necessary connection data (IP address, date and time of access, requested page, user agent) to deliver the website and to ensure the security and stability of operations (server logs).

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing the website securely and performantly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with Vercel. Where data is transferred to the USA, the transfer is based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and EU standard contractual clauses. Server logs are stored only for a short period.

4. YouTube videos (two-click solution)

On some pages we embed video reviews via YouTube. When a page loads, only the preview image is loaded from YouTube servers. Only when you actively click the video preview is the video itself loaded via youtube-nocookie.com (privacy-enhanced mode). From that point, Google (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, or Google LLC, USA) processes connection data such as your IP address.

This website links to the Doonails online shops (e.g. us.doonails.com). The privacy policies of the respective shops apply to data processing there.
